You do not have to register to walk
You do not have to fundraise to walk
You do not have to wear heels to walk

Just as long as you Walk a Mile In Her Shoes with me and the Ryerson White Ribbon Campaign

You can fundraise
You can donate
You can Walk with us wearing whatever shoe you please
You can carry a poster sharing statistics or reasons why we walk
You can cheer us on
You can laugh at us in our heels

Just as long as you walk with us. Bring your student group, your course union, your residence floormates, your faculty, your co-workers, your friends and loved ones.

We walk to raise awareness of how violence against women is an issue that affects women & girls from all walks of life, our LBGT2S communities and heterosexual men & boys as well. We can all be a part of a future with no gender-based violence.

We also walk to raise funds for the White Ribbon Campaign, the world’s largest effort to engage men in ending violence against women and become part of a change that affects men and women.

We walk because 20 years ago , Jack Layton and 2 other men had a dream…and now we continue Jack’s dream.

Come join us as we rally and meet up with the Toronto-wide participants in Walk a Mile In Her Shoes

Come join us as the White Ribbon Campaign welcome special guest Toronto City-Counselor Mike Layton, who will walk with us & wants to see his father’s dream become our future…

…a future with no violence

Walk with us Ryerson
